Official Online Store

This is the official online retail store ("Web Store") of Yonex U.S.A. ("Yonex USA") where you may buy certain products directly from Yonex USA.

Product Availability

The availability of products for our online store changes regularly. If a product you want is not currently in stock, please check back. Should a product go on backorder after you placed your order, we will make every effort to update you on the status of your order. If you have questions about your orderʼs status, please use Contact Us to reach a Customer Service representative.

Certain products not available on our Web Store may be available at your local retailer or their online store. Use our Retail Locator tool at yonexusa.com to find authorized Yonex USA dealers in your area.

Custom Club Orders

Please contact Customer Service regarding your Custom Club order. Customer Service will assist you in formulating your order so that it will meet your specification.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). All in-stock orders are shipped within 3-5 business days following credit card authorization and verification. All custom orders are shipped within 5-7 business days following credit card authorization and verification.

Track Your Order

Use the tracking number on the Shipping Confirmation email to track your order, and follow the instructions provided by the shipping carrier. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Service.

NOTE: We do not ship or bill orders to addresses outside of the United States of America (USA) or Post Office boxes. Please see www.yonex.com for information about distributors outside the USA.

Shipping Options and Rates

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100. We also offer an expedited shipping option for your convenience. Please click "Estimate shipping" to see the estimated cost for expedited shipping.

Ground Shipping (3-7 days transit time): Free on all orders over $100, Exclusions apply.
Expedited Shipping (3 days transit time): Rate depends on order size and shipping address.
Actual rate will be calculated and inserted in place of the shipping estimate when the order ships.

Customer Account

You will need to create an account with us in order to purchase from our Web Store. We require your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and telephone number to open an account for you. We may also ask some additional, optional questions to help us better serve you.

You can update your information by simply logging into your account and overwriting your information. Except as provided in Privacy Policy, this account data is never shared with anyone in any way without your consent. Yonex USA will never ask you for your password, and we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.

We may contact you about sales, special discount offers and new site features. You can unsubscribe from any promotional email we send you; just inform us that you want to unsubscribe from our email list via Contact Us.

Payment Options

We currently accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and VISA credit cards. If you experience any difficulties paying during checkout, please contact Customer Service.

NOTE: We do not charge a customer's credit card until the order ships.

Sales Tax

A sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to addresses within California.

Cancel or Update Order

Once your online order has been submitted, no changes can be made to your order. However, if your has not yet shipped, you may cancel the order, and submit a new one. If your order has shipped, you will need to process a return and request a refund. See our Return Policy below.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item(s), please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization ("WR") number for that specific return. All returned item(s) MUST have the WR number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item(s). Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Item(s) must be in NEW and UNOPENED condition and purchased from the Web Store within 30 days. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Item(s) returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend that you insure the item(s) when shipping.

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned product(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We do not credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

NOTE: We may apply a different Return Policy to a given item; in such cases the policy that applies will be stated on the relevent product page.

Exchanges

We do not allow the exchange of purchased item(s) at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item(s) and return the unwanted item(s). You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your item. Please see our Return Policy.

Warranties

Yonex extends a Limited One Year Warranty on its golf clubs. Please see Warranty Policy for details. All warranty return item(s) MUST have the RA number associated with that specific return written BOLDLY on the outside of the box. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Please contact Customer Service to obtain your RA number.

NOTE: Customers who purchased Yonex products from an independent dealer must contact the dealer from which the item was purchased regarding your warranty claim. The Web Store can only process warranties and returns for product(s) purchased directly from the Web Store.

A warranty claim must be made within period of one year from original date of purchase. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the time your item is received by us to process the warranty claims.
